Industries we serve

Documents prepared for your type of work

HazardQuil prepares project-specific HSE documents for work in the industries below. The documents are written for your activity, your site and your conditions — the industry list shows where the documents are prepared for, not a list of past clients.

Construction

Building, civil and infrastructure projects — scaffolding, excavation, lifting, work at height and general site activities.

Oil & Gas

Site and plant activities where permits, strict controls and documented safe systems of work are required.

Manufacturing

Factories and production workplaces — machinery, maintenance tasks, chemical handling and routine operations.

Maintenance

Repair, shutdown and facilities maintenance work — planned tasks, isolations and permit-controlled activities.

Logistics

Warehousing, transport yards and loading operations — vehicle movement, lifting, storage and manual handling.

Facilities / General Workplace

Offices, commercial buildings and general workplaces that need clear HSE documents for their teams and contractors.

What is RAMS?

RAMS means Risk Assessment + Method Statement prepared together for one activity. The Risk Assessment identifies the hazards and scores the risk before and after controls; the Method Statement gives the step-by-step safe sequence for doing that same activity. Together, they form one matched set your supervisor can brief from and your consultant can review.

If you need RAMS for one activity, you do not need to order the two documents separately — see the existing packages on Pricing: the Basic Package includes a Risk Assessment with its matching Method Statement for 1 activity, and the Standard and Full Project packages build on that. Price and delivery time are confirmed in writing before work starts.

See RAMS packages on Pricing → Risk Assessment → Method Statement →

How it works

Four simple steps

1

Open a service

Read that service's requirements, precautions and recheck list, all together.

2

Check Pricing

See the full price list in PKR or USD with the currency switch.

3

Pay 50% advance & place your order

Use the order form on Contact / Order: pay the 50% advance, send a screenshot of that payment on WhatsApp for verification, then place your order. Your Order Placed card shows it as received for manual verification — we check the screenshot ourselves before treating the order as placed.

4

Receive, recheck & sign

Documents arrive in Word + PDF as checked drafts, and the remaining 50% is due on delivery. Your competent person rechecks and signs before site use.

Need something that is not listed as a fixed-price service? The following are available as custom-quote services only — there is no fixed price for them on this website, and the price and delivery time are confirmed in writing before any work starts:

  • Review & upgrade of existing documents — send your current Risk Assessment, Method Statement, HSE Plan or other HSE document for review of structure, gaps, scoring and wording, with upgrades agreed in the written quote.
  • COSHH assessment — assessment for a substance used in your work, prepared for your task and controls.
  • Emergency Response Plan — project-specific emergency arrangements, roles and response steps.
  • HSE Induction material — induction content for new starters and visitors, matched to your site rules and hazards.
  • Also quoted individually: lifting plans, audit preparation, safety folders and one-off client formats.

Describe what you need in the order form and you will receive a written custom quote before any work starts. Prefer to chat first? Message on WhatsApp for information and discussion — your order itself is placed using the order form on this website.

Only about: NEBOSH IG2 study help

NEBOSH IG2 Help — study help only

The IG2 is a risk assessment of a real workplace, written by you. This page offers teaching and feedback so you can do it well yourself: understand the format, practise the method, and get honest feedback on your own draft.

Plain words first: we do NOT write your IG2 assessment

We will not write, complete, rewrite-as-yours, or submit an IG2 assessment for you — not a full one, not a part of one. Submitting someone else's work is academic misconduct: NEBOSH can disqualify you and cancel your result. What is offered here is teaching and feedback only — the assessment you submit stays your own work, in your own words, about your own workplace.

50% OFF — Limited Time Launch Offer

Launch pricing applies to IG2 help too. Regular prices below are shown struck through; the lower launch price is the price you pay.

IG2 Help

Structure & Format Guidance — Rs 4,000 Rs 2,000

How the IG2 is laid out, what each section must contain, and the format mistakes that lose marks.

Requirements — Structure Guidance

What we need from you

  • The unit you are studying and your exam / submission dates
  • The workplace you plan to assess — type of business is enough
  • Any guidance your learning partner has already given you
Safety / Integrity — Structure Guidance

Safety precautions

  • Follow the current IG2 guidance — formats change, old templates lose marks
  • Base everything on a real workplace you can actually visit and observe
  • Your learning partner's instructions take priority over any general guidance
Review — Structure Guidance

Review checklist

  • Every required section present, in the current format
  • Your workplace description matches the real workplace
  • Nothing copied from an example — wording is your own
IG2 Help

How to Do the Risk Assessment — Rs 4,000 Rs 2,000

Teaching on the method: finding hazards, rating risk, and writing controls and an action plan you can apply to your own workplace. Practice examples on example workplaces are included free with any session — for study only, never to copy into a submission.

Requirements — Method Teaching

What we need from you

  • Your chosen workplace and the activities carried out there
  • The hazard categories you are finding difficult
  • Any practice attempt you have already made — rough is fine
Safety Precautions — Method Teaching

Safety precautions

  • Observe the workplace safely — never enter restricted or live-work areas to “get material”
  • Rate risk on what you actually saw, not what you assume happens
  • Controls you propose must be realistic for that workplace
  • Practice examples are learning material — never copy them into your submission
Review — Method Teaching

Review checklist

  • Hazards checked against every IG2 category, not only the obvious ones
  • Every hazard has a matching control and a sensible risk rating
  • Action plan has owners and timescales you can defend
  • You can explain every example control in your own words
IG2 Help

Draft Review & Feedback — Rs 7,000 Rs 3,500 · Bundle (session + review) Rs 10,000 Rs 5,000

You send your own draft; you receive written feedback on structure, hazard coverage, risk-rating consistency and wording — with reasons explained, so you fix it yourself. We teach. You write.

Requirements — Draft Review

What we need from you

  • Your own draft, written by you — this is checked, and it matters
  • Your submission deadline, so feedback reaches you in time
  • Any feedback your tutor has already given, if you want it built on
Safety Precautions — Draft Review

Safety precautions

  • Feedback explains what to fix and why — it never rewrites the draft for you
  • If any part of a draft was not written by you, say so — it must be removed before submission
  • Never pay anyone who offers to write, complete or submit your assessment
  • Keep your drafts and feedback — they are evidence the work is yours
Review — Before Submission

Review before submission

  • Every sentence in the submission is your own
  • Every fact was verified at your real workplace
  • Risk scores follow the matrix you stated
  • You could explain and defend the whole assessment out loud

Sample work

Real sample documents prepared to show the standard of work — structure, scoring and wording — before you place an order. Each one is marked as a sample; your documents are written fresh for your project in the same format, and issued as drafts for your competent person's recheck and sign-off.

Five complete sample documents follow, one by one — written out in full, in the same format your own documents are delivered in. Every sample carries a SAMPLE stamp, and company, project, people and dates are illustrative placeholders only: no sample is any real client's work. Tap a document to jump straight to it.

Scope of work

Excavation of a drainage trench approximately 60 m long, 1.2 m wide and up to 2.5 m deep, by 13-tonne excavator with hand digging at marked services, to allow pipe bedding and laying by others. Work includes trench support, access, dewatering, backfill in layers and reinstatement of the surface. No person enters an unsupported trench at any time.

Sequence of work

StepWork stepKey controlsResponsible
1Permit, drawings and service scanExcavation permit signed before digging; buried-service drawings obtained and the route scanned with a cable avoidance tool; services marked on the ground in paint.Supervisor
2Set out and fence the work areaTrench line set out; rigid barriers on both sides of the excavation; pedestrian routes diverted; plant crossing points agreed with site traffic management.Supervisor
3Trial holes by hand at servicesHand digging only within 0.5 m of a marked or suspected service; insulated tools near cables; any unmarked service found stops the machine until it is identified.Operatives
4Mechanical excavation in layersExcavator digs in layers of not more than 0.5 m; banksman in constant view of the operator; nobody inside the machine's slew radius; spoil placed at least 1 m back from the edge, outside the collapse zone.Operator + banksman
5Install trench support as digging advancesTrench sheets / shoring installed progressively from the surface — support is never more than 0.5 m behind the dig face; alternatively the sides are battered back to a safe angle where space allows.Supervisor + operatives
6Access, egress and edge protectionSecured ladders extending 1 m above the landing, positioned so no worker travels more than about 8 m along the trench to reach one; stop blocks and barriers at open ends; no crossing except at ladder points.Supervisor
7DewateringPump set in a sump at the low end, discharge to the agreed point; pump refuelled only when cool and outside the trench; any sudden water ingress means evacuate and re-inspect before re-entry.Operatives
8Daily inspection before entryCompetent person inspects the excavation, support and access before every shift and after rain; inspection recorded on the excavation register; entry prohibited until the inspection is signed.Supervisor (competent person)
9Backfill and compaction in layersSupport removed progressively as backfill rises — never pulled out ahead of the fill; backfill placed and compacted in 200 mm layers; compactor operator clear of the trench edge; barriers stay up until the surface is reinstated.Operator + operatives

Plant, equipment and emergency arrangements

Plant & manpower

On this task

  • 13-tonne excavator with current inspection certificate and daily pre-use checks
  • Cable avoidance tool (scanner) and hand tools, including insulated spades
  • Trench sheets / shoring system, ladders, barriers and pumps
  • Supervisor (competent person), machine operator, banksman, 4 operatives
Emergency arrangements

If something goes wrong

  • Trench collapse: raise the alarm, keep people out of the trench, call emergency services — rescue only by the emergency plan, never by jumping in
  • Nearest hospital and assembly point confirmed on the permit before work starts (filled in per site)
  • First aider and first-aid box at the work area; emergency contact list held by the supervisor
  • Any service strike: stop work, evacuate the area, isolate if safe, inform the supervisor at once

Why we are talking about this

Falls from height are the biggest killer in construction — and most of them happen from low heights: a ladder, a platform edge, a step taken backwards. Almost every fall has the same story: the job was short, the guardrail was “nearly” finished, the harness was in the container. Short jobs need the same protection as long ones.

Key points to cover

  • Use the platform, not the shortcut. Work from a completed, tagged platform with guardrails. If the guardrail is missing, the platform is not finished — report it, do not work from it.
  • Ladders are for access, not for working. If you need both hands for the job, you need a platform. On a ladder: three points of contact, face the ladder, never lean out sideways.
  • Harness means clipped on. A harness in a bag protects nobody. Clip to the anchor point before you step onto the lift, and stay clipped while you move.
  • Nothing travels by throwing. Tools and fittings go up and down by rope and gin wheel or in a bag — dropped objects kill people below.
  • Check before you climb. Tag in date? Boards secure? Ladder tied? Thirty seconds of checking beats a fall.
  • Weather stops work. High wind, lightning or icy boards — come down and tell the supervisor. Nobody will be disciplined for stopping unsafe work.
Do

Do

  • Inspect your harness before use and report any damage
  • Keep platforms clear — a tidy platform is a safe platform
  • Use the ladder or staircase provided for access
  • Speak up if you see an unguarded edge or a missing tie
Don't

Don't

  • Don't remove guardrails, ties or toe boards for any reason
  • Don't climb the standards or braces — ever
  • Don't overload the platform with stored materials
  • Don't work at height if you feel unwell or dizzy — tell the supervisor

Ask the crew (sample discussion questions)

  • Where on this site could someone fall today — and what is stopping it?
  • What would make you stop a job at height? Who do you tell?
  • Is any harness, ladder or platform on this site damaged right now?

Safety precautions

  • The talk is delivered before the shift's height work starts — never at the end of the day
  • Deliver it in the language the crew understands best; check understanding by asking questions back
  • Any damaged harness, ladder or platform raised in the talk is taken out of use the same morning

What happened

During dismantling of the Level 3 lift, a loose scaffold fitting (approx. 1 kg) was knocked from the platform edge by a scaffolder's boot as he turned with a tube. The fitting fell approximately 8 m and landed inside the fenced exclusion zone below. No one was in the zone; there were no injuries and no damage. Work in the bay was stopped immediately and the area re-briefed before dismantling resumed. Because the fitting landed inside a controlled zone, this is recorded as a near miss with high potential — had the exclusion zone been breached, the outcome could have been a serious injury.

Sequence of events (sample timeline)

Time (sample)Event
07:00Dismantling crew briefed; exclusion zone fenced and banksman posted at the gate.
10:30Crew begins stripping fittings on Level 3, Bay 4; fittings being passed by hand along the platform instead of bagged.
10:42A loose fitting left on the platform boards is knocked off the edge; it lands inside the exclusion zone. Banksman raises the alarm; work stops.
10:50Supervisor secures the bay, checks no one is injured, and reports the near miss to the HSE officer.
11:30Toolbox talk on dropped objects delivered to the full crew; dismantling resumes using fittings bags and the gin wheel.
Next dayInvestigation completed; findings and actions below issued to site management (sample).
Immediate causes

What directly caused it

  • Loose fitting left lying on the platform boards instead of in a fittings bag
  • Fittings passed by hand along the platform, increasing handling at the edge
  • Toe board section on Bay 4 had been removed earlier for loading and not replaced
Underlying / root causes

Why it was able to happen

  • Dismantling sequence in the method statement did not specify bagging fittings as they are removed
  • No check that toe boards were reinstated after the loading bay was used
  • Crew under time pressure at a programme milestone — supervision focus was on progress, not housekeeping
  • Exclusion zone and banksman worked as intended — this control prevented injury and is to be retained

Only about: Questions & Answers

Before you order

Only questions and answers live here. For prices, open Pricing. For a service's requirements, open that service.

What do you need from me to start?
Each service lists exactly what it needs — company and site details, the activity, worker numbers, equipment and so on. The Contact / Order asks for the same items for the service you pick, so nothing is chased later.
Will my consultant accept these documents?
They are structured the way consultants expect: scope, sequence, hazards, scored risks, controls, responsibilities and emergency arrangements. Acceptance is always the consultant's decision, which is why packages include revision rounds and a support period for their comments.
How do I pay?
Payment is 50/50. Step 1: fill in the order form on Contact / Order on this website. Step 2: pay the 50% advance shown in the order panel and send a screenshot of that 50% payment on WhatsApp for verification. Payment methods: local clients in Pakistan pay by Easypaisa, Bank Transfer or Sadapay; international clients pay by Crypto. No account numbers or wallet addresses are published on this website — payment details are arranged with you on WhatsApp after your order (no payment is taken or processed directly on this website). Step 3: place your order — the Order Placed card shows it as received for manual verification. We verify your payment screenshot ourselves, on our own end, and only after that manual check is your order treated as placed. The remaining 50% is due on delivery of your document. Nothing on this website verifies payment automatically.
How do I pay from outside Pakistan?
International clients pay by Crypto. The route is the same worldwide: fill in the order form on this website, in USD or PKR — see Pricing for all prices. Pay the 50% advance by Crypto and send a screenshot of that payment on WhatsApp for verification, then place your order. No wallet address is published on this website — the payment details are arranged with you on WhatsApp after your order, and no payment is taken or processed directly on this website. (Clients inside Pakistan pay locally by Easypaisa, Bank Transfer or Sadapay.) We verify the screenshot manually ourselves before treating the order as placed. The same 50/50 terms apply everywhere: 50% advance before work starts, and the remaining 50% on delivery of your document.
How fast is delivery?
Single documents take 1–4 working days depending on type; packages take 3–10 working days. Your delivery date is confirmed in writing with your quote.
Can you write my NEBOSH IG2 assessment for me?
No — assessed work must be your own, and submitting someone else's work risks your qualification. Tutoring and review of your own draft is offered under IG2 Help instead.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Two revision rounds are included in every order, and consultant comments are handled free within the support period (7–30 days depending on package). New documents outside the agreed scope are quoted separately, in writing, before work begins.
Why must my competent person recheck every document?
Because only someone who knows your actual site can verify hazards, controls, PPE and residual risk against real conditions. Documents are delivered as checked drafts; sign-off by your competent person is what makes them working site documents.
What is RAMS?
RAMS means a Risk Assessment + Method Statement prepared together for one activity. The Risk Assessment covers hazards, 5×5 scoring before and after controls, and control measures. The Method Statement covers the step-by-step safe sequence for that same activity, with plant, manpower, PPE and emergency arrangements. Together they are one matched set. If you need RAMS, see the existing packages on Pricing — the Basic Package includes RAMS for 1 activity, and the Standard and Full Project packages build on it. Price and delivery time are confirmed in writing before work starts.
Can you review my existing document?
Yes — review & upgrade of existing documents is offered under the Other / custom service. Send your current Risk Assessment, Method Statement, HSE Plan, checklist or other HSE document and describe what needs checking. The work is custom-quoted only: you receive a price and delivery time confirmed in writing before any work starts — there is no fixed price for review work on this website. Use the order form and choose “Other — Custom HSE Document or Service (not listed)”.
Are documents on my company letterhead?
Documents are delivered letterhead-ready in editable Word + PDF. If you provide your company letterhead or template, the document is formatted on it. If you do not provide one, you receive a clean, formatted Word file that you can place on your own letterhead before issue — your company and project name are included as you provide them.
In which format do I receive them?
You receive an editable Word file + a PDF copy for each document (unless a service states a different format, such as written feedback for IG2 draft review). The Word file lets your competent person complete the recheck, make site-specific edits and sign before use; the PDF is for easy sharing and printing.
Is my project information kept confidential?
Your project information is treated as confidential and is used only to prepare your documents and discuss your order. It is not published as a sample and is not presented as another client's work — the samples on this website use illustrative placeholders only, not real client details. If you have specific confidentiality requirements from your client or consultant, mention them in the order form so they can be agreed in writing before work starts.
A note on responsibility

These documents are professional drafts prepared from the information you provide. Before use, each must be reviewed, approved and signed by your project's competent HSE person. A document — from any source — never replaces competent supervision on site.
